Novatron’s Xsite® DRILL Piling, the latest version of Xsite® DRILL navigation system, is designed to enable rapid piling work –faster, more accurate, and easier way to way to carry out construction projects such as solar farms and data centers.

Novatron Oy’s new Board of Directors began its work in full in August 2026. New members were appointed to the board early in the year, and the lineup was finalized over the summer. The new board consists of professional board members and technology industry executives with extensive experience, who will strengthen the company’s governance and strategic direction.

Jori Mylläri, M.Sc. in Business Administration, has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer of Novatron Oy, effective August 17, 2026. Mylläri will take the lead in driving the international growth of Novatron Oy’s machine control and software business.

Geolaser Oy is a Finnish surveying equipment company founded in 2012. Its operations include the import, sale, maintenance, rental, user training, and software services for products related to land and construction surveying. Geolaser is, among other things, the importer and exclusive distributor of GeoMax International GmbH products in Finland. Following the acquisition, Geolaser Oy and its business operations will become part of the Novatron Group, a Nordic group specializing in technology solutions for the infrastructure sector, operating in Finland and Sweden.

The Xsite DRILL drilling and hole navigation system developed for Novatron’s surface drilling equipment gains new features in version 2.13. The version offers new interfaces for different machine types and enables measurement during drilling.

MOBA Mobile Automation AG has sold its stake in Finnish company Novatron Oy to investor Mandatum Asset Management. The transaction takes effect on December 23, 2025. With this step, Novatron returns to fully Nordic ownership and enforces its presence and position as a machine control manufacturer in the Nordic market. As part of the same transaction, MOBA AG’s Swedish subsidiary MOBA Sweden AB, focusing on the distribution and service of Xsite products, will also be transferred to Novatron.
